The agency came up with the strategic concept for the event: a salad is no longer just a side dish but a main course that can stand out for flavour and defined tastes. For OrtoRomi CHILI PR created the “Salad Sommelier”, a salad chef to accompany the public on a journey discovering various types of salads with tasting worthy of the finest wines.
OrtoRomi is also hosting a non-stop show, thanks to two outstanding chefs Andrea Mainardi and Gianni Tota and shall be a protagonist of “At the Table with the Chef”, two moments at the attraction called Electrolux Chef’s Secrets. With the spotlights on selected ingredients, OrtoRomi pumpkin and lettuce, visitors holding a ticket can attend the masterclass and prepare dishes with chef Andrea Chiappini.
